MAPNA Group synchronized the 25-MW Tengvan distributed generation power plant to Khuzestan provincial grid on Tuesday, September 22, 2020.
Located in the southwestern province of Khuzestan, Tengvan power plant, also known as Andimeshk II, was constructed in eight months.
The plant includes two MGT-30 units in the vicinity of Andimeshk II industrial park.
MAPNA Investment Division served as the investor of the project. The electricity generated by the plant will be purchased under a power purchase agreement (PPA) between the state-owned Khuzestan Regional Electricity Company and MAPNA Genaveh Power Generation Company, a subsidiary of MAPNA Investment Division.
