Milad Tower station, Iran’s first charging station constructed by MAPNA Group, has been registered on CHAdeMO’s map of worldwide fast charger EV stations.
The charging station was set up by MAPNA Electric & Control Engineering & Manufacturing Company (MECO). The MAPNA subsidiary is Middle East’s single principal member of ChAdeMO association.
The electric vehicle charging station will soon be pinned on other fast charging station maps, including ZapMap and plugshare.
CHAdeMO is an e-mobility collaboration platform that promotes the CHAdeMO DC charging protocol. The protocol enables in a range of 6kW up to 400kW. The association also certifies compatibility between the infrastructure and the EVs.
