MAPNA’s Turbo-Compressors to Help Maintain Sustainable Gas Output in Winter

MAPNA Group has launched five new turbocharger units in South Pars Gas Field, southern Iran.

The new units, installed and commissioned in Phases 13, 19, 22, 23 and 24, will add 40 million cubic meters of gas to the giant gas field’s output, and subsequently contribute to the country’s hiking gas demands during winter.

The turbo project for the five South Pars phases has been carried out by MAPNA subsidiaries, including Neyr Perse Company, MAPNA Turbine Engineering & Manufacturing Company, MAPNA Electric & Control Engineering & Manufacturing (MECO) and Alborz Turbine Company.

MAPNA Group turbo-compressors have already been commissioned in different phases of South Pars as well as gas pressure boosting stations of national gas transmission lines.
